Liver & Detox
Feeling foggy, irritable, or just "off" lately?
The liver is often where the body speaks first. Before anything else can really shift, this is usually where we start — clearing the pathway so the rest of the system can respond.
Kinesiology with Charlotte Baker. The body already knows the way back to itself — this work simply clears what's in the way.
Charlotte Baker is the kinesiologist and life coach behind My Tonic — her individual practice under The Deep Reset, the Bali-based wellness movement she co-founded. Her work sits at the meeting point of muscle testing, gentle energy work, and honest conversation — helping people find the root of what's been quietly draining them, rather than just managing the symptoms.
She didn't come to this work looking for a job. She came to it looking for answers — for herself, first — and stayed once she saw what it could do for everyone else who walked through the door feeling stuck, exhausted, or simply unheard. Through My Tonic, she continues to see her own private clients directly, alongside the wider work of The Deep Reset.
The mind, body and heart are one. We use muscle testing and gentle energy work to find what's really driving the stress, the exhaustion, the feeling of being stuck — and clear a path back to yourself.
The Deep Reset is the Bali-based wellness movement Charlotte co-founded, and it's the organisation everything here operates under. My Tonic is Charlotte's own individual kinesiology practice within it — she still works directly with her own private clients, sees her own bookings, and builds her own programme, all as part of The Deep Reset.
Muscle testing doesn't just say "stressed" or "fine." It can point to exactly which system is asking for help — and in what order the body wants to heal.

Ever wonder why you reach for a cigarette, or find it hard to take a full breath?
The lungs often hold grief and stress the mind hasn't fully processed. Once the detox pathway is clearer, this is often where breath — and old patterns — start to loosen.
Ready to finally deal with what you've been carrying?
The heart is real, important work — but it's rarely first. Once the detox and breath are supported, the body is finally ready to open what the heart's been holding.
Your muscles know things your words sometimes can't say. When Charlotte gently presses on your arm while you hold a specific thought, food, or memory in mind, a strong muscle means your body's okay with it — and a weak one means something there needs attention. That's kinesiology: asking your body one question at a time, and listening to how it answers.
Once we know what your body's flagged, we help release it — with gentle touch, calm breathing, and paying close attention to what comes up. Your body already knows how to heal. We're just helping it remember how.
90 minutes. We talk through your goals and concerns, then use muscle testing to explore what's really going on — and map out a plan from there.
60 or 90 minutes of tailored kinesiology balancing, building on your plan — some come for a few sessions, others make it a monthly ritual.
A gentler 60-minute reset — energy work, acupressure and massage for the weeks you just need to breathe and realign.
Online sessions blending mindfulness, breathwork and positive psychology — for building confidence and focus from wherever you are.
Community, curriculum, and a certification pathway — for the people ready to carry this work further than a single session ever could.
"Who knew healing emotionally meant detoxing physically first?" "I never believed there was an actual reason I kept reaching for a cigarette — until kinesiology showed me." Burnout Reset walks through the mind-body connections nobody explained before, plus the exact acupressure points and practices to start resetting your system today.
Message Charlotte on WhatsApp and she’ll send you a questionnaire to complete before your appointment.
